Responsibilities
- Assisting with market research and competitor analysis.
- Helping create and manage company website, social media pages & digital campaigns.
- Tracking campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions for marketing strategies.
- Coordinate & manage relationships with external vendors/agencies/partners.
- Monitor online communities and note any customer feedback or issues.
- Maintain record, assist & participate in Events/Exhibitions.
- Contribute to the creation of reports, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal departmental teams to accomplish routine work.
- Handle Commercial & Backend Support function.
- Create presentations and reports on marketing & operational activities.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior work experience for at least 1 year (preferred).
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Word / Excel / PPT).
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Great analytical, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Great written & oral - English, Hindi & Gujarati communication.
- Skilled at networking and open for outstation travel for business meetings/ events/ exhibitions.
- Flexible for working occasionally beyond working hours/days.
