Moonwalk Strong Steel Structures is an ISO 9001-2005 certified organisation and a leading manufacturer of pre-engineered plate and tubular structures in steel. From feasibility studies to designing and fabricating to managing supply logistics installation, Moonwalk – headquartered at Noida, U.P. – is emerging as a one-stop solution for all pre-fabrication needs in steel.
With the rise in the Make in India spirit, there is a huge potential and scope for exponential development in the Pre-Engineered Steel Building market. Moonwalk has a high annual production capacity. Design
Our structures can be customised for a range of applications, in accordance with client specifications and industry requirements. We design them in our in-house studio, equipped with the most advanced machines and running the latest of designing software.
Through 3D detailing, our work is touching new heights in accuracy, detail and visualisation. Our detailers and engineers create using the latest tools and are technologically well-equipped to design buildings in various codes that will optimise matching the client’s requirements.
Our Capabilities
Moonwalk has one of the largest, self-owned manufacturing capacities for steel structures in Delhi NCR at Patauda, Jhajjar. Spread across 4.5 acres and possessing a production capacity of 60,000 MT, this facility is home to some of the most modern machines and advanced equipment.
Machinery
We are equipped with over 120+ state-of-the-art machinery which complements our production
capabilities ensuring precision in all our projects. Amongst others, our machinery includes
advanced CNC machines, automated welding systems, and high-capacity cutting and bending
equipment which are responsible for maintaining same levels of accuracy and speed irrespective
